Warranty Policy

Up to 24 Months of Coverage

At Babeely©, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. All items purchased through our official sales channels come with a standard 12-month warranty against defects in materials, construction, and workmanship — valid from the date of purchase.

As a thank-you to customers who create an account with us, we extend that coverage by an additional 12 months, bringing your total warranty period to 24 months. It is our way of rewarding the trust you place in our brand.

What the Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, if a product fails due to a covered defect, Babeely© will repair or replace it free of charge, at our discretion. In cases where the exact product is no longer available, we will provide a replacement of equal value and comparable style. The following are covered under this warranty:

• Defects in raw materials or components

• Construction or assembly faults

• Workmanship errors that affect the normal use of the product

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Certain situations fall outside the scope of this warranty. Coverage is void in the following cases:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product

• General wear and tear from regular use

• Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
